  • 10 Prisoner Squats + 1 gym length prisoner lunges
  • 10-15 Sec Hollow Banded Hold
  • Skill Practice:
  • Bar Muscle Ups
  • Paralletes L-Sit between sets
  • WOD:
  • 12min EMOM
  • 3 Front Squats (65/95#)
  • 3 Push Press
  • **2 sec pause at bottom of each squat and top of each press
  • Finisher:
  • Easy run 400 or Row 500
