- then:
- 5 Scapulas Pull Ups
- 10 Prisoner Squats + 1 gym length prisoner lunges
- 10-15 Sec Hollow Banded Hold
- Skill Practice:
- Bar Muscle Ups
- Paralletes L-Sit between sets
- WOD:
- 12min EMOM
- 3 Front Squats (65/95#)
- 3 Push Press
- **2 sec pause at bottom of each squat and top of each press
- Finisher:
- Easy run 400 or Row 500
