- 10 Sec ring row Hold (1 foot off, switch)
- 10 Off Set Split Squats (5/5)

- Strength:
- Front Squat 1x4
- *Pause 5 sec at bottom
- ** Hanging or Parallete L Sit/Hold after each set of squats
- WOD:
- Every 3 mins 4 rounds
- 4-8 Pull Ups or 1-3 Rope Climbs
- 6 Lateral Burpees over Bar
- 3 Hang Power Cleans (75/105)
- 3 Front Squats
