  • Strength:
  • Front Squat 1x4
  • *Pause 5 sec at bottom
  • ** Hanging or Parallete L Sit/Hold after each set of squats
  • WOD:
  • Every 3 mins 4 rounds
  • 4-8 Pull Ups or 1-3 Rope Climbs
  • 6 Lateral Burpees over Bar
  • 3 Hang Power Cleans (75/105)
