  • Warm Up:
  • 3 rounds
  • 8 Step Ups with controlled slow step down (each leg)
  • 8 Single Leg adductor Rocks
  • 10 Scapular Push Ups (single arm if you can)
  • Strength:
  • DB Front Squat 6 reps, 3 sets - 8 sec hold at bottom
  • Bar Facing Burpee Practice - 6
  • WOD:
  • Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds
  • 8-10 DB Front Squats (35/50)
  • 8-10 Bar Facing Burpees
  • Finisher:
  • 100m Farmers Carry x4 - rest 1 min
