  • Warm Up:
  • Foam Roll then:
  • 1 Wall Walk plus 2 side steps each side
  • 10-15 Sec Ring Hold
  • 10 Sit Ups
  • x3
  • Strength:
  • Jerk Balance 3x3
  • Split Jerk 2x5
  • WOD:
  • 4 rounds for Quality 
  • 3 HSPU
  • 5 single arm KB Deadlift each side
  • 100m Run or 7/5 cals assault bike
  • 1 gym length sandbag carry
