  • WOD:
  • 7 rounds for time:
  • 20 Walking lunge steps in as few steps as possible
  • *Back knee must touch ground
  • **Each step =
  • 5 Secs Hollow Rock Hold
  • 10 DU's (x2 for singles)
  • *perform hold and DU's before next set of lunges
