- Warm Up:
- 3 rounds
- 8 Step Ups with controlled slow step down (each leg)
- 8 Single Leg adductor Rocks
- 10 Scapular Push Ups (single arm if you can)
- Strength:
- DB Front Squat 6 reps, 3 sets - 8 sec hold at bottom
- Bar Facing Burpee Practice - 6
- WOD:
- Every 3 minutes for 5 rounds
- 8-10 DB Front Squats (35/50)
- 8-10 Bar Facing Burpees
- Finisher:
- 100m Farmers Carry x4 - rest 1 min
