  • B: 1-2-3-4-5-6.7.8.9.10 Deadlifts (135/185) or 40%
  • 12 V-Ups or 20 Sit ups after each set of DL
  • C: Banded Bicep Curls
  • Plank Tricep Extension
  • 3 max sets
